My fiance and I set the date for our wedding in January, because I had my heart set on a winter wonderland ceremony and reception. A wedding built around snow and ice can be wonderful, and there are plenty of items you can obtain to make it happen. From wedding invitations to wedding favors there are all kinds and styles of accessories to choose from for almost any themed wedding you’re planning to have. We went with a cool blue and silver look to our ceremony. We also had fake snow and lovely candles at the altar, including our winter themed unity candle. It really was a gorgeous wedding ceremony.
The white tableclothes at our reception looked lovely next to the red table runners on each table. We put shimmering silver vases in the center of each table and filled them with lovely white orchids, and they matched the winter theme to a tee. As for our place card holders I found the most lovely snowball ornament card holders for our reception. Not only are they beautiful card holders but they are awesome little ornaments as well. As wedding thank you gifts for our friends and family we decided on these lovely toasting flutes and little novelty champagne bottles favors with bubbles. wedding champagne flutes make great little thank you gifts. When you looked at our reception tables, all you could think of was the pristine majesty of the wintertime. Our three tiered wedding cake sat on a unique little sled designed cake stand and had a topper that was a porcelain snowflake to complete our winter wedding cake. I picked out the cake serving set on the net, and it had wintery designs on it, too. Small snowflakes in shades of blue and white were on the handles. It fit in seamlessly with the pen and guestbook set I had purchased.
The artwork on the the cake serving utensils and the guestbook was identical to that on the personalized toasting flute, and they all looked brilliant. They had the little snowflakes and were done in white and icy blue colors and were really exquisite with all the other winter themed accessories on our wedding table. The people who attended our reception liked the presents and place card holders they brought home with them, and the banquet hall looked just gorgeous. We got our flower girl a necklace and we we let her keep the small crown she wore in the ceremony, and she was pleased with both of them. We got a ring boy tee shirt and a stainless steel yo-yo for our ring bearer, and he thought that was really neat. For my bridesmaids I chose tank tops with bridesmaid written across in in crystals and for my maid of honor I picked out a maid of honor shirt and a crystal bracelet. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. For his groomsmen, he has ordered digital portable clocks and for his best man, a nice novelty pen desk set and best man mug. I could tell that all of our friends and family were having a fantastic time at the reception and they all seemed to like the little favors and gifts we bought for them.
Everything at our wedding and reception was fantastic and I owe it all to the wonderful selection of accessories and supplies I found online. The prices that we found on the Internet were so good that we saved a significant amount of money by looking there. I not only found things for our wedding, but they also had items I could use on our honeymoon. Like the bride and groom hats and tee shirts and the cute little door hanger pillow that says do not disturb. The ‘Do Not Disturb’ pillow ended being a very practical choice.

Monday, November 30th, 2009My mom suggested I shop online for my wedding accessories, like flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows and reception supplies. She said it beats running from store to store and all there is to do is check them out, order the ones I like and wait for delivery. She was right, I even found the perfect wedding invitations to send out, and some other accessories, all at reasonable prices. Besides the invitations, I got a lot of accessories for the ceremony, at a much lower cost than I expected. I saved money on all the tiaras I needed for myself, bridesmaids and my flower girl, plus a lot of other accessories, like flower girl basket, rose petals and I also found terrific ring bearer pillow wedding suggestions. I was surprised there could be so many styles and designs for ring pillows.
I couldn’t believe the lovely centerpieces and champagne flutes there were for the guests, with special bride and groom flutes too. Along with the glassware I added beautiful candles to make each table setting as elegant as possible. They had a lot of suggestions for themed weddings and even destination weddings, with all kinds of wedding favor ideas. Some for a beach wedding, winter wedding, garden wedding and more, with beautiful and decorative favor boxes to choose from too. I really liked the novelty favors they have for a Las Vegas themed party, like the little photo albums and keychains.
As wedding favors I chose crystal paperweights for all of our guests. Athough the favors were an added touch of elegance all on their own, I packaged them in exquisite little favor boxes. Out of everything I bought, I loved my cake topper the most. The cake topper was the most exquisite part of our wedding cake. It really was an especially beautiful cake topper with a lovely butterfly and a satin bow.
I got so many compliments on my décor and wedding favor gifts. Some of the guests came up and thanked me for their gifts and told me how beautiful they were. But you know what else was so great about this place, they have a lot more than cake toppers and a ring pillow. There were all kinds of supplies and great ideas for birthdays, wedding showers, baby showers, and girls night out parties too. My sister just told me the other day that she got all the favors and supplies she needed for my bridal shower at the same place I bought my wedding supplies. It was all courtesy of mom’s suggestion.
In about three and a half weeks I’m giving my sister a baby shower and I already know where I’m getting the decorations, favors and other party supplies from. I’m pretty sure on the items I’ve checked out so far, and plan to order them some time next week. That’s when we get to find out if I’ll have a little niece or a little nephew. Then I can order the favors in pink or blue, even though there are other neutral colors I could choose.

I also want to thank her for helping with the reception arrangements and filling out all those thank you cards. I couldn’t have done it without you, mom. I found suggestions that would be perfect for our mom and dayd’s 30th wedding anniversary party. I think I’ll get a hold of my sister so we can check out the possibilities together. She said it beats running from store to store and all there is to do is check them out, order the ones I like and wait for delivery. I found everything from invitations to wedding favors, and some items at wholesale prices. There was also quite a few other items that I was able to get at a discount. I saved on items like wedding tiaras for my bridesmaids, flower girl, and also bought my bridal tiara, flower girl basket, flower petals and checked out some great ring bearer pillow wedding suggestions. I couldn’t believe all the adorable ideas for satin ring pillows.
There was all the decorations I needed for my tables. So many choices of glassware and candles to add to the elegance of each table. There was such an assortment of themed wedding and destination wedding ideas, and a great selection of wedding favors too. There everything, including favor boxes for beach, winter, garden and other themed weddings. There are beautiful accessories for beach, winter, garden and other themed ceremonies and receptions. Finding Great Wedding Albums for a Wedding!
Monday, November 30th, 2009Once we decided on a beach wedding, I started looking for all my accessories and supplies they had in a beach motif. First things first, I bought our beach themed wedding invitations. Since I had a couple of invitations I had to do over again, I was really glad I bought extra. With the invitations all done and on their way to our prospective guests, I could move on to picking out the beach wedding dress I wanted for our ceremony. With all the selections of beautiful beach dresses and wedding gowns, I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted to wear. I fell in love with two of the floor length gowns, but wasn’t quite sure if it would be uncomfortable to wear to a beach wedding. I picked out a gorgeous spaghetti strapped dress made of satin and lace with beautiful little beads scattered around it, in a knee length.
The bridesmaids wore lovely little linen halter beach dresses with a crocheted bodice covering. My handsome groom wore a sky blue linen shirt and white linen pants and his groomsmen wore white linen shirts with sand colored linen pants. Our flower girl wore an adorable little sundress and the ringboy stayed nice and cool in his little khaki shorts and white cotton shirt. All of the wedding party looked great in their wedding attire and the flower arrangements for our bouquets were the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen.
With all the pictures I wanted taken of our wedding ceremony and reception, maybe I should have bought two albums for wedding. I want pictures of everything and everyone at our wedding, all the gorgeous decorations, and our lovely reception. Pictures of our satin canopy and flowered arch where we stood to take our vows was a definite must. Directly after the ceremony we left to change into more suitable beach wear for the reception party. Although a few of our wedding party went home to change into their beach clothes, there were some that decided to just wear their swimsuits under their wedding clothes. I wrote on all the invitations to dress in casual clothing for this wedding.
Everyone thought our reception tables were so beautiful with all the beach themed wedding accessories I had found for them. The place I shopped not only had the beach wedding album I wanted, but so many more accessories to go with it. I found the cutest little beach chairs as place card holders that they can use for their favorite little photo later. I really liked them and I’m sure our guests did too. The little tea lights I chose were in the shape of miniature sand castles and to help them keep the memory of our wonderful beach reception. I found everything we needed, as far as accessories and decorations, for our wedding table and our guests reception tables. Not only did I find the perfect wedding cake topper, but I also bought their beach themed crystal flutes, wine glasses, cake serving set and so much more.
A lot of our friends and family made comments about out lovely reception décor. To help add to the atmosphere, I also bought some of their beautiful gel candles and placed them on all the tables, along with a few tiki torches here and there. With all the accessories and supplies for the wedding and beach party reception, it made planning so much easier. It couldn’t have been a more perfect dream wedding and reception, with the gorgeous ocean as our background and the warm sand under our feet.

If I only knew about all the possibilities on the internet when I did my planning for my wedding. I think if I would have had use of this unique wedding gift selection, I probably would have gone for a storybook wedding. As thank yous, champagne toasting glasses are hard to beat. When you looked at our reception tables, all you could think of was the pristine majesty of the wintertime. We had a wedding cake with three layers; underneath it was a cake stand in the form of a sled, and above it was a cake topper made out of porcelain in the form of a snowflake. Our cake serving set was also a winter themed accessory I found while shopping online. Small snowflakes in shades of blue and white were on the handles. It was an exact match for the sign-in book and pen set I had bought.
For the special personalized toasting flute, we had beautifully designed winter wedding themed flutes with handles that were exactly like the cake server set and guestbook. The other things on our wedding table went perfectly with them, and they were designed with a wintery blue and white look with snowflakes mixed in. Actually all the tables were exquisite and our guests were very happy with the wedding favors and place card holders they got to take home with them. We got our flower girl a necklace and we we let her keep the small crown she wore in the ceremony, and she was pleased with both of them. Our ring bearer was excited because he got his own tee shirt and a yo-yo made of stainless steel. I got tank tops with crystals spelling out the word bridesmaid on them for all of my girls, plus I got my maid of honor a crystal bracelet besides. My new husband decided to handle buying the groomsmen’s gifts. The guys that stood up in our wedding all got digital clocks, with the best man got his own mug and pen set. It was pretty obvious by the way everyone was laughing and dancing that they were really enjoying themselves at our wedding reception, a quite a few of them thanked us for the lovely gifts we had bought for them as wedding favors.
The products I discovered on the Internet made our wedding day everything I dreamed it could be. We also saved a little money by shopping online, with all the discounts and wholesale items they had to choose from. I found supplies for both the wedding and the honeymoon online. We found a shirt and hats that said ‘Bride’ and ‘Groom’ on them, and a pillow to hang outside our door indicating that we did not wish to be bothered. We got plenty of use out of that pillow.
