An Unbelievable Party Invitation!

Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009

I’m giving my best friend a bridal shower and before I even got started I sat down and made a list of all the things I needed to buy for the party. Goal number one was finding a engagement party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. Boy, did I luck out in that department. The options I had were staggering, and the cost was very low. Some of the deals were just incredible. The shower invitations were very high quality with pearl edges and silver writing. The site also had standard party invitations, birthday party invitations, and many other types of invitations.
I found some darling place card holders for the party as well, among other things. One of the things I found was a little bridal guest book for everyone to sign and for the bride, to be, to keep a record of every gift she received. A particular design for a place card holder struck me as being really neat. Pink lilies adorned the place cards I picked out, and each guest received brightly-wrapped candies in a small plastic purse. When placed on the tables at the shower alongside the gifts and things, they looked cool No matter what the reason for the gathering, they have an appropriate favor box to go with it. The boxes I selected had floral designs, and I piled them neatly on a cake platter and set them on the table with all the presents. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. I picked out a few kinckknacks as awards for winning the bridal shower activities we were going to play, and the thank you presents were sets that had everything you’d need to give a manicure. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty keychains.
I went online and got some great game ideas for the party too. In the the game ‘Take It Off,’ each person put a bag over their head and they have to take off one piece of clothing when the leader of the game tells them to, and it doesn’t occur to all of the women to take of the bag; it’s very amusing to watch. This is really a hysterical game to play. We had a hoot playing bridal bingo and some other activities, too. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. I made out alright purchasing my favors and invitations from them. Not only did I get high quality accessories, but they didn’t cost me half of what I had expected to pay for it all, and there were so many options to choose from. This site I found also has wedding invitations and favors, so I made it a point to inform my friend who was getting married about it, since I was sure she would want to know about this place. So, maybe ordering her accessories and reception supplies from here will help her out in the planning and the finances. The shower was a hit because of them, I know that much. We all had a super time and all my favors and other accessories really impressed my guests. The last thing to do is to send them all thank yous for being a guest at the shower. Which, by the way, I also ordered online. Now I have to go back online because I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party and they have quite a bit to offer there too.

When you’re looking for a wedding favor…

Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009

I put a lot of thought about the theme for our wedding ceremony and reception. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a beach wedding, a garden wedding or a country western wedding. Then I thought maybe I should just stick with the traditional type of ceremony and reception. Then I found out about destination weddings and that one got me thinking. I thought about the tropical shores of Hawaii or the excitement of Vegas might be a great idea. I would probably go for the Hawaii destination. I soon put that idea to rest, there are too many people on our guestlist for a wedding like that.
There were other ideas too, like a gorgeous winter theme ceremony. But since we were getting married in the summer months, I didn’t think I should go with a snow scene. I wanted a wedding fit for a king and queen, and what better way to do that then with a storybook wedding. With all the accessories there are available, I could have the wedding of my dreams. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So my decision was made. Cinderella and Prince Charming were getting married.
I had no problem finding the perfect wedding invitations online. Next I started checking out all the wedding accessories and reception supplies I would need. My wedding dress was absolutely gorgeous and the bridesmaids and flower girl had beautiful dresses that were floor length. My handsome fiance and all of his wedding party looked so elegant in their tuxes, even the little ring boy looked like royalty. I could feel all eyes on me as I walked down the aisle, and half way expected them to bow to their new queen. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding ceremony. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. As we were leaving the church, everyone tossed rose petals and cheered us on. Outside we climbed into a gorgeous horse drawn carriage to take us to the reception hall.
A real castle wouldn’t haved looked as good as our reception hall with all of the fantastic accessories and decorations. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very lovely wedding favors for our friends and family. I even found the perfect favor boxes to put each themed wedding party favor in for our guests. There were so many accessories to choose from to help with our storybook reception. I decided on little coaches for place card holders and the gorgeous place card holders that looked just like Cinderella coach. They just have everything I could possibly need for the perfect fairy tale wedding and reception.
Our guests all had a wonderful time and were very impressed with all the lovely storybook décor. A friend of ours told us it was the most fantastic dream wedding she’s ever seen. If I do say so myself, it was quite spectacular. I’m so glad that I chose this theme and found so many accessories to help me make it happen. I wanted today to be as special for our guests as it was for me and my new husband. I made sure their cheap wedding favors were of a storybook theme, just like our wedding cake and other accessories. I wanted to give our guests more than just favors, that’s why I chose gifts that could also be used as souvenirs. Something that could hold the memory of today for them as well as for us.
I had a lot of thank you note to take care of when we got back from our honeymoon. Would you believe I even found fairytale thank you notes for everyone? I wouldn’t mind having a fairytale anniversary renewal ceremony.

Curious about Wedding Bells Favors…

Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009

You could hear the wedding bells ring as we headed for our limo, with our guests yelling their good wishes and tossing rose petals our way. That’s how it was on our wedding day. The wedding ceremony was so beautiful and everything turned out just like I wanted it, thanks to all the super accessories I was able to get. With all the exceptional accessories and supplies at my disposal there was no way this wedding and reception wouldn’t be a success.

Everything from the lovely invitations to the fantastic party favors for our guests was in their wonderful collection of wedding supplies. Our invitations were quite lovely with the silver printing on the front. I also ordered from this fantastic choice of accesssories, the ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket, which came as a set. It was a beautiful satin garnet color and included a wedding guest book, pen set and wedding garter. All five pieces of wedding accessories at a very reasonable price.

They also had an aisle runner I really liked, so I ordered that to my list of wedding supplies. The process of selecting bell wedding was really a great one. After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. I thought that was a great idea.

I bought accessories online for our reception as well as our ceremony. There was a marvelous selection of reception accessories to pick from. I wanted our reception tables to shine with elegance, so the first thing I ordered were the crystal toasting flutes. I ordered special flutes for us that said bride and groom on them, and beautiful twisted stemmed flutes for all of our guests. As an extra wedding favor for our friends and family I decided to choose bell weddings.

There were so many lovely accessories, that I really wanted to buy them all, but that would have been going a little overboard on the décor. We gave out glass coasters as wedding favors for our friends and family. Each set of coasters had a special calla lilie design. I found the perfect little silver favor boxes with thank you tags to package the wedding favors in. The silver favor boxes, along with all the other accessories on the tables, really added to the décor. I purchased flowers and ordered some beautiful candles to make into our centerpieces for the reception tables.

The wedding cake we had set up at the end of the reception hall was really spectacular. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. I decided on a beautiful heart with calla lilies and ribbon as our cake topper. The reception was fantastic, as was the wedding ceremony. We had so many photos of the wedding ceremony and reception that I went back online and ordered a second wedding photo album. There were several pictures of us cutting the wedding cake and feeding that first piece to each other. I have pictures of our friends and family, the ring boy and flower girl on the dance floor together and our first dance as husband and wife.

The compliments I got from our guests on our wedding décor was really nice, but it really made me feel good to know that they all had such a great time. I plan on having another wedding ceremony and reception for our anniversary one year and I was so glad to hear that my wonderful husband thinks that’s a fantastic idea.

Curious about Bell Weddings…

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

The wedding bells rang, rose petals were being tossed and our friends and family were yelling their congratulations as we left the church for our limo ride to the reception. That’s the way our ceremony went. I have to say, it was a fantastic ceremony too, and with all the help I got on accessory suggestions, it wasn’t hard to put it all together. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.

Starting with the invitations and ending with the perfect little thank you gifts, they had it all. Our invitations were quite lovely with the silver printing on the front. I found a lovely ring pillow and flower basket set that I also ordered from them. It was actually more than the basket and pillow, it also had my wedding garter, guest book and pen set, in a gorgeous rich garnet. All five pieces of wedding accessories at a very reasonable price.

They also had an aisle runner I really liked, so I ordered that to my list of wedding supplies. I’m really glad we went with bell wedding. All the little bells were ringing at the end of the ceremony, as we made our way to the limo. I really liked the idea of the bell ringing.

I didn’t just order things for my ceremony, I also ordered everything I needed for our reception too. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I have this thing for shiny things, and I found a lot of crystal glassware, including beautiful champagne flutes for our reception tables. There were twisted stemmed flutes which I ordered for our guests and a special toasting flute set I ordered especially for the bride and groom for our table. Wedding bell favors really made our tables shine with elegance, and I thought it would be a nice gift for our guests as a little something extra to show our appreciation.

I could have bought every gorgeous item they had on their list, but I think I would have been overdoing it just a little. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. They had a lovely calla lilie design on them that was absolutely beautiful. I put the wedding favors in little silver party favor boxes that came with thank you cards for each of them. The wedding favors in their little silver boxes made our tables even more elegant. I purchased flowers and ordered some beautiful candles to make into our centerpieces for the reception tables.

At the end of the reception hall was our wedding cake on a special little table. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. I really fell in love with the cake topper I bought, with it’s attractive little ribbon made into a bow at the bottom of the heart with calla lilies added. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding and reception. I had to go back online where I bought our wedding album and puchase a second album for all the pictures that were taken at the wedding and reception. There were so many shots of us with our wedding cake and the traditional cutting and sharing of the very first piece. I have pictures of our friends and family, the ring boy and flower girl on the dance floor together and our first dance as husband and wife.

The compliments I got from our guests on our wedding décor was really nice, but it really made me feel good to know that they all had such a great time. Someday I’d like to have a renewal ceremony and reception for our anniversary and thank goodness, my husband agrees.

Wedding Bell Favor!

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

There was the sound of wedding bells, the tossing of rose petals, and the traditional run for the limo while friends and family cheered us on. That was the type of wedding ceremony we had. The wedding ceremony was so beautiful and everything turned out just like I wanted it, thanks to all the super accessories I was able to get. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.

Starting with the invitations and ending with the perfect little thank you gifts, they had it all. On the front of our invitations was silver printing which added to the elegance of the card. There was a gorgeous flower girl basket and ring pillow among all the accessories that I decided to buy for our ceremony. It was a beautiful satin garnet color and included a wedding guest book, pen set and wedding garter. A five piece wedding set that wasn’t very expensive at all.

There were a lot of other items I ordered too, like my lovely aisle runner for the church ceremony. The process of selecting wedding bell was really a great one. After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. I thought that was a great idea.

I bought accessories online for our reception as well as our ceremony. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted to make our reception tables sparkle, so I ordered as much crystal as I could get away with, starting with crystal champagne flutes. There were twisted stemmed flutes which I ordered for our guests and a special toasting flute set I ordered especially for the bride and groom for our table. The wedding bell favors I picked out not only helped to add the sparkle I wanted for my tables, but served as a wedding favor for each of our guests.

I could have bought every gorgeous item they had on their list, but I think I would have been overdoing it just a little. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. They had a lovely calla lilie design on them that was absolutely beautiful. I found the perfect little silver favor boxes with thank you tags to package the wedding favors in. The wedding favors in their little silver boxes made our tables even more elegant. On each reception table was a centerpiece I made up of lovely flowers and some very elegant candles.

On a smaller table at the of our long table, was our fantastically designed wedding cake. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. I really fell in love with the cake topper I bought, with it’s attractive little ribbon made into a bow at the bottom of the heart with calla lilies added. Everything at our reception turned out to be perfect. With all the tons of wedding pictures we had, I finally had to order another wedding album to store them all in.

Someday I’d like to have a renewal ceremony and reception for our anniversary and thank goodness, my husband agrees.

When you’re looking for a unique wedding favor…

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

I put a lot of thought about the theme for our wedding ceremony and reception. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a beach wedding, a garden wedding or a country western wedding. Then I thought maybe I should just stick with the traditional type of ceremony and reception. I also thought about a fantastic destination wedding. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? I would love a tropical island wedding. I soon put that idea to rest, there are too many people on our guestlist for a wedding like that.
There were other ideas too, like a gorgeous winter theme ceremony. But since we were getting married in the summer months, I didn’t think I should go with a snow scene. I decided to go with the last, but not least of the wedding theme ideas, and have a fairy tale ceremony and reception. There were so many accessories and reception supplies to help with my fantasty wedding. The bakery even had wedding cakes that worked out with my idea. So my decision was made. Cinderella and Prince Charming were getting married.
Through online shopping I found lovely story book invitations. Next I started checking out all the wedding accessories and reception supplies I would need. I bought the most beautiful wedding gown I could find at the bridal shop and had my bridesmaids and little flower girl in exquisite floor length dresses, all with tiaras. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. I could feel all eyes on me as I walked down the aisle, and half way expected them to bow to their new queen. Our wedding ceremony was more beautiful than I could have hoped for. All of the gorgeous décor only added to the beauty of our ceremony. Rose petals were falling all around us as we were leaving the church. We were driven to the reception in a horse drawn carriage, just like royalty.
There were accessories that helped me to make our reception appear as elegant as a king’s castle. I found everything to fit the ocassion from decorations to wedding favors. I even found the perfect favor boxes to put each themed wedding favor in for our guests. I was amazed at all of the themed accessories there were for our fairy tale reception. They had storybook champagne flutes and little coaches for place card holders. I couldn’t have pulled this off without the wonderful accessories they have for fairytale weddings.
Our guests all had a wonderful time and were very impressed with all the lovely storybook décor. One of our guests stated that she’d never seen such a gorgeous ceremony as ours. I know I was impressed and it was my wedding. I’m so glad that I chose this theme and found so many accessories to help me make it happen. I wanted this to be special for our friends and family too, the way it was for us. Everything at our reception was in a fairytale theme, even our cake, so I wanted themed wedding gift boxes too. I wanted our guests to leave with something that would remind them of this special day. A special something to remind them of sharing this very special ceremony with us.
After the honeymoon was over, there was the job of filling out thank you notes for all of our guests. There was even thank you notes available in storybook theme. I wonder if we could do this again for our anniversary?

AmazingUnique Wedding Gift!

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

There are really a lot of unique wedding ideas to work with these days. There is a lot to choose from in wedding supplies when you are planning your special day. This would of helped in my planning if I would have known about all ideas on the computer. There is a huge selection of themed weddings out there for you to plan in these times and also a huge selection of gorgeous accessories to make the wedding of your dreams. If I had use of the unique wedding favor selection, I know I would go for the storybook wedding. I looked at all the fantastic accessories and reception supplies they have for a fairy tale motif and it is simply unbelievable. They have so many pretty bridal veils in different lengths with these attractive rhinestones on the veil and the one I preferred the most was a floral pattern with embroidery on it. You could also choose from a lot of gorgeous tiaras that would be a perfect match for my favorite veil. That’s probably the one I would have chosen for my fairytale wedding.
It’s amazing to see all the gorgeous little flower baskets and ring pillows they have to offer. They have a combo set that comes with a lot of accessories that will go with any wedding ceremony that you want to have. There were baskets and pillows with lots of satin and lace that would be perfect for my storybook wedding, and even albums, guestbooks and unity candles that fit the theme. You would not have to worry about planning the wedding you always wanted, because of the huge selection they have to offer. There are many unique wedding ideas for all of your family and friends to say thank you. If I were to pick one it would have been the carriage candle and I would have picked one for me also, because they are so adorable looking. There’s also storybook placecard holders that look like castles and very stylish picture frame placecard holders too. I even saw some different wedding ideas for a lot of themed weddings. The winter wonderland wedding is a wonderful theme to choose too. There are snowball place card holders, and unique wedding gift ideas like snowmen tea lights and beautiful winter votive candles in lovely icy blue colors and designs. They have a great selection for almost any theme you choose, from a seasonal wedding to a country style ceremony and reception.
They have some great wedding cake toppers for any reception and also for the bride and groom that has a sense of humor. You can also get whimsical wedding toppers that will give everyone a good laugh. I like the one I looked at with the bride wearing the pants and the groom standing in his shorts, and the one where the bride is hooking the groom with a fishing pole was pretty funny too. There are a great variety of romantic toppers to select from.
I know when I got married there was not a big selection like they have today, but I sure would have loved it. This would have allowed me to have my storybook wedding the way I wanted to plan it. Today the couples getting married can plan there wedding with great memories that will last a lifetime. When a couple gets married, they plan on it being forever, so that would make your wedding a once in a lifetime event. If so, then plan the wedding you’ve always dreamed of. Take advantage of all the great choices for weddings that are available and make your special day something to remember for the rest of your life.
