You can find so many ideas for thank you gifts for your guests that share you wedding and reception with you. For our thank you gifts to our guests, we decided on candle wedding favors, because they’re not only beautiful, but they are practical too. We saved a little money by being able to get so many of our accessories in a set like that at such a low cost. Our wedding cake topper was really spectacular and it didn’t cost near as much as we expected a customized cake topper would cost. They made the wedding couple on our cake topper look exactly like us and it was the talk of the reception. All I had to do was send them a head shot picture of me and my fiance and they did the rest. The wedding cake itself was pretty magnificent too, with three tiers of chocolate perfection and gorgeous red and and pink flowers all around it. Right beside our lucsious chocolate perfection was the most gorgeous cake knife serving set I’ve ever seen, and I insisted on buying this lovely calla lily set.
We ordered special champagne flutes for our wedding table that saids ‘bride’ and ‘groom’ on them, and other crystal flutes for our guests, that they were also given to take home. We have no use for 200 champagne glasses, so why not let our friends and family have them as keepsakes? Besides, we were stocked with keepsakes from our wedding and reception, with our wedding guestbook, album, cake topper and more. One of the items in our five piece wedding set was the claret colored wedding guestbook with guest sign in pages, a place to list the gifts we received and a special spot for those little momentos. I think the guest book is important, not only to have everyones’ name that attended, but for later use when you are filling out thank you notes. It makes your guests appreciate the thank you notes with you remember what they gave you in way of wedding gifts.
A few of the guests commented on what unique candle wedding favors we gave them and they really seemed to appreciate them. Looks like a made a wise choice in wedding favors. We were told, by our guests, as we departed for our honeymoon, that it was a fantastic wedding and reception and they all hoped for the best for us. This was truly one of the most unforgettable days in my life.
